Bought two car covers from these guys. Items were not shipped and they didn't notify me on what was going on. I called after two weeks and they kept me on hold for almost an hour after which the phone went off. I called again and again, but they kept putting me on hold for longer periods. After almost 6 days of calling, they promise a refund but never did till date...
