Car covers never shipped and refund promised but never paid

Bought two car covers from these guys. Items were not shipped and they didn't notify me on what was going on. I called after two weeks and they kept me on hold for almost an hour after which the phone went off. I called again and again, but they kept putting me on hold for longer periods. After almost 6 days of calling, they promised a refund but never did to date...
