I had to step out to go get a shovel to clear the snow from in front of my house by the time I got back the fedex driver had left a door tag on my door I called customer service and I was told by the representative that I could go pick up my package At the fedex office I ask what time are they open till I was told that I have until 8:30 pm so I took a cab to the fedex office got there about 8:10 when I get there the gate was closed I called back and explain to the representative that the gate was closed she told me to hold on that she was going to call them then she can back and told me that they close at 7pm I told her that the door tag said other wise the tag say open from 9am to 8:30 pm so I can all the way there for nothing did get an apology from the representative but still I don't think is fare it cost me 30 dollars round trip...
