We expect a overnight package sent from Oklahoma City, OK last Monday 12/23 and until today 12/30 still have not received a package from Fedex ; I called due to the fedex tracking system show that our office was closed -no attempt delivery. THAT IS NOT CORRECT our office is open 9 to 5 and expected the package from Fedex. When called rep. Just said I am sorry!!! This is not the answer.
Regular mail may be quicker that Fedex overnight!!! This is outreach, no way that I can reliable any future shipping through Fedex.
