I will start with FedEx was to deliver the package at 10:30 am on Tuesday. It was sent to the wrong state Florida and I was not informed until I called in the afternoon. I was then told the only thing you could do was get it to me by 8:30 AM on Wed. We had employees open our location and check all doors at 7:00 am. We were open. I went online at 8:20 and saw they claimed our office was closed and could not deliver. So after a long call with fedex I was told by the local contact Shireese that we were not open I insisted that was not the case. I was told this many times and questioned about our location not being open. I was finally told I would be called by a Manager. I received a call from Milton Grif at
9:45 just after the package was finally delivered. He finally admitted to me the driver who tried to deliver at 7:50 had told him she went to the wrong location. He then sent the package back out, not with a special run but the normal driver on the 10:30 route.
