UPS lost an envelope with a large check that was sent next day air. They claimed the envelope was delivered and put in my front door. It was not. When I called to speak with someone, they claimed no responsibility. My husband called and insisted to speak with a supervisor. She listened and then told him she would respond within the hour by phone and email. We are still waiting! I will NEVER use UPS again and will tell EVERYONE I know not to use UPS, use the post office or FedEx. Dont tell us we will hear back from you and then never call back, like my package doesnt matter.
