UPS Lost My Laptop - hsn

I bought a laptop from HSN who sent it out by UPS. The UPS driver claimed the package was undeliverable. I called UPS who advised me that the package was at its hub in Tucker, GA and that I could pick it up at any time. Bear in mind this was around 12 noon on December 1.

The clerk, after 1 hour, said she could not find the package and that she would have me contacted later that day.

I called around 5 pm. They still had not found the package. 6pm, no package. 7pm no package.

The next day, I called Corporate who in turn called the hub. Within an hour I got a call from the hub which still not had not found the package.

My office partner spoke with the UPS driver who told her the package was with the clerk back at the hub.

I called corporate again, and asked that they track this down. I got a call from the hub to let me know I could come pick the package up. This was at 12:18. I rushed over there, only to be told that I received wrong information and that they were still looking for it.

I am extremely frustrated but will not let up.

After I complete this review, I am calling Corporate again
