Expensive Sears,
Your consultant has simply quit my house and that I am acutely annoyed and dissatisfied concerning the method my spouse and that I were handled. We'd created unique preparations to become here today and confidently anticipated we'd be pretty handled due to Sears exemplary status and our previous transactions with Sears. We were knowing when Sears named and transformed our visit from 11 am to 3 pm on short notice. Your consultant, Mr. Don Becker from Grand Rapids, came quickly at 3 pm after which required 4 hours to obtain anything done. He showed us estimates for siding our home and we were happy. Then he stated he had a need to have a split and anything was preserved within the pc and he'd return after his dinner. It'd appeared this type of very long time that despite the fact that we desired to finish the purchase we decided. True-to his term he delivered and showed us our closing estimate. Exactly what a surprise he'd elevated the cost by $10,000 bucks!!! He appeared mystified why we were upset so when we requested him to exhibit us the estimates he explained he saved earlier, he'd not. He couldn't provide us a reason about why the cost improved. I never imagined I'd be handled in this way by Sears.
