Wrong product shipped/won't fix

I requested a fridge from Sears (11/18/09) and required the handle be positioned on the best hand-side. It appeared (12/09/09) using the handle about the left-hand side so when I named to record this, Sears guaranteed me that it might simply be transferred towards the proper aspect. Two nights before, the Sears specialist arrived by and explained the handle couldn't be transferred. I told him that I'd been guaranteed by Sears numerous occasions that it may be transferred and he assured me that there is no means. I expected him who I really could contact at Sears to obtain this mounted and he'd no concept since he'd an extremely challenging moment looking to get your hands on one to assist him. To create things worse, Sears feedback my contact info improperly therefore each time I contact, I actually invest 1/2 time about the telephone with somebody simply looking for my bill. The outcome is the fact that I've a fridge I can't use (since I'd custom units made to support the doorway starting another method) and that I appear to have been not able to get Sears to assist me. The final point I had been informed was they no further bring the fridge I bought also it have been 3 months since purchase and so I was out-of fortune...
