Sears.com - poor experience. Requested a pancake air compressor like a Holiday present prior to Holiday, not obtained. Talked to a lot of Sears.com customer support reps - some impolite, some not effectively educated, some knownothing. On January 15 I obtained a phone from the Sears specialist on the method to my home to repair my house oxygen compressor on my AC. Yes, I had been confused additionally, how did that occur? I requested something, they would like to repair my AC. One Sears.com customer support consultant explained I really could not stop the order and reorder like I needed to, later another questioned me "why-didn't I simply stop and reorder? ARRRHH. Please don't purchase from Sears.com
