Big Spring, Texas Poor Service - Bad Employee Conduct

For the past couple of weeks, I have gone by Wendy's in the drive thru to pick up meals for our household.

The "High School Students" working at the store are rude, obnoxious and don't care whether or not your order is correct or complete. It seems as though there is not a manager around or if they are, they are not enforcing Wendy's rules of employment with this kids. One night, it took 22 minutes to get to the 1st window to pay for my order, from the moment I entered the drive thru lane. Other nights, there are either employee's or non-employee's not wearing Wendy's uniforms behind the counter and in the kitchen.

After reading several threads on this site about Wendy's in general, I have reached the conclusion that most of you would rather look the other way or put a band aid on the problem rather than fix it. You would rather tell someone to go somewhere else to eat rather than to address the issue which is poor customer service. Dave Thomas, Founder of Wendy's would not agree with you if he were still alive. He demanded "performance" on the job.

Too bad these kids don't get Gratuities. As long as they're being rude and obnoxious, they would not get any. Gratuities are NEVER mandatory in any restaurant you go to, and if they tell you they are, ask for the LAW that backs it up. There isn't one.
