Dave Thomas started Wendy's with a great concept of letting the customer choose. Now I am alergic to iceberg lettuce but can not get my favorite salad made for me. Every Wendy's male will either make it up or try to help with an alternative if they do not have the ingrediants. Every Wendy's females very sarcasticly say "I'm sorry they are premade" that is the end of their conversation. The sarcasim and rudeness is very apparet. It is like do not bother me. One night I wet to four different Wendy's before I finally found a male at the drive thru line and he came up with an alternative.
If you want my business please get back to serving your customers with what they want or at least help. Dave Thomas would be so dissapointed it this way of ruining a good fast food restaurant.
