I'm laughing that your printed comment states that the company will get back to me — what a joke! Well, I had the strongest desire for Wendy's chili. I had not had Wendy's chili in a long, long time, but I used to order it out on a regular basis years back. So, I decided to go to Wendy's, went into the restaurant, and immediately left because of the extremely offensive, dirty smell of the restaurant. Still craving chili, I went to a second Wendy's. Even that restaurant had a funky smell to it, but I decided to take a chance and got my chili. Well, for three days after eating that chili I had the worse (I mean the WORSE) case of gas, stomach upset, and diahhrea that wouldn't quit — disgusting, smelly gas and diahhrea. I can't even imagine what was wrong with that chili. I don't even want to think of what could have been in that chili. I sent Wendy's an e-mail — IGNORED!!! I called and got their address and sent a letter to their main office, customer service — IGNORED!!! I called and spoke to a woman who gave me the phone number for Wendy's customer service — IN CANADA. The Rep. Asked me why I was calling Canada when I had a complaint about Wendy's in Florida. I had to call a few times before someone actually called me back — a man who owned three or four Wendy's franchises — none of which involved the two Wendy's that I was complaining about. The man informed me that the two stores that I had a complaint about were both Corporate owned — figures. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company that doesn't give a s! #% about their customers. I wouldn't go to Wendy's if it were the only food source in Florida. I would rather eat dirt. I am so turned off on Wendy's and
would never, ever go back there to eat. And, by the way, I tell my story to anyone who will listen. I used to consider Wendy's to be a really good fast food restaurant — better than some of the others. I can't believe how they have deteriorated over the years. It's dirty, smelly, and, obviously, the food is not fit to eat. I can't believe how I was given such a run around and how nobody at Wendy's really seems to care. Their attitude was that I was bothering them with my complaint. Considering the fact that their food has become a gastronomic nightmare, they must be bombarded with complaints. Ewe — dirty, filty, smelly, nasty, disgusting — my adjectives could go on forever. Never - ever again!!!
