Wendy's in Kapolei, Hawaii has an employee still working there that called me a "f*%: ing retard". I have a speech disability and stutter. The employee was speaking to another employee because they thought I couldn't hear her. I immediately reported her to the store manager. She sent her home early that shift! I called the district manager. They said they would handle it. She is still working there. It seems even though I called multiple times that this inappropriate behavior didn't get the slightest correction. I am still disgusted with their staff. I already deal with this on a daily basis but for a franchise like Wendy's to not even try to rectify the situation, it is terrible what is permitted to happen to their customers.
