Wendy's need to promote Vanessa - Wendy's Hamburge

I regularly visit Wendy's but today was the first time I experienced such outstanding costumer service. I've worked in the restaurant business for many years and I know how important it is to make the customer feel comfortable. The second my family walked through the door Vanessa the cashier greeted us. She took our order and was extremely nice. She spoke to my mother in spanish which made the ordering process much easier. She even kept a conversation with myself and my mother after the transaction. She gave us a very heartfelt farewell and I look forward to my next visit to Wendy's!
