Mo-Bay Grill overcharged, Customer service is horrible

On Saturday October 13 at 7:30pm I joined a group of 20 people for a dinner waitress were aware that bill should be split per person. They mixed everything up didnt know who ordered what and completely forgot to give one of us our food until 20 mins after everyone else got theres. Refused to do anything about that only appologized and said there was nothing they could do about it.

The big problem comes when we recieve one check for exactly 357.80. We ask the waitress to split the bill up she said that it would be to hard but agrees to do so. She takes out a pad and was about to start and the owner/chef cam out and said that she can not split the bill and said the only option we had was to have the bill divided by the amout of people which was 20 and everyone pays a equal amout. We disagree with them but they said that was the only option and i complained because i only ate a qusidilla which is 6.99 and a drink which is 2.19 and i was forced to pay 17.89

I am warning everyone if you plan to go with a group of people dont go there.
