Tonight my boyfriend took me to Longhorn steak house in South Portland maine and his meal was aweful! We have been here several times and loved it. He ordered a steak, potato and side salad. The waitress completly forgot about the salad. His potatoes has 2 fries mixed in it and what appeard to be a huge chunk of union in it. The waitress stated she would bring him more potatoes, but forgot about then twice... By then we were so frusterated we said forget it. I had a $4 off coupon on my phone that she let me use and said that she gave me $5 off cuz that was the only coupon she could find which was nice. We never once saw a manager. When we got the bill there was no discount but the $5 My boyfriend paid $18.99 for an 11 new york strip (which was so spicey and when the waitress was told she said "yea you are now the 4th person who has said this") I stated when she went to walk away 18.99 for a steak and no potato she turned back around and said " ugh well remember I gave you and extra dollor off" She is j. Lucky i didnt just walk out on her. This is horriable service and horriable food. When we were leaving we stopped at the check in point and asked to speak with a manager, he came out and all he could say was well all the food is next to eachother and maybe something fell in. Sorry but thanks for coming to dinner... And that it! Are you serious! Never going back again. Also while we were sitting there the couple behind us sent their steak back 3 times! How is this ok
