I deposited a check into my business account that was drawn on Bank of America in the amount of $345. This check was recognized by the ATM as a closed account. Bank of America did acknowledge that this was an error and sent me a letter apologizing for the error, but continued to charge me overdraft fees and label my account as an account that received overdrafts making all other check deposits placed on a 2-1/2 week hold even when the checks were drawn on their bank and funds have been paid with 3-5 business days. I augured with Bank of America that my money is seating in limbo and my checks are being returned and more charges to my account is unfair business practice. The Representatives will agree and reverse my overdraft fees, only to return my checks and continue to hold my deposits for weeks. This have been going on since Jul. 2. I have made many trips to the bank in person, while the manager hold their hands under their chins and list, but nothing every gets done. I am going back to Chase Bank.
