I am a deployed soldier. Bank of America has charged my military checking account with $4209.00 in check charges. The three checks were not drawn on my bank. They were drawn on American Bank and deposited. The checks were held pending confirmation of funds. Funds were not in the bank the checks were written on. Bank of America then performed a forced debit out of my account bringing my balance to a negative $4209.00. They subsequently closed my savings account and applied the balance against the checking. Correct me if I am wrong. The money was never their and now they have charged me.
