Below is a letter sent to Financial Benefits in Champlain NY on June.

This letter and all materials was sent Certified Mail. I have spoken with several of thier customer rep's and not one of them until today ever told me that the company filed bankruptcy in February of the year. I was informed by Lisa today (September 10) that the company in question (Financial Bebefits or World Global Benefits) had filed bankruptcy in February. I then ask her why wasn't I informed about this when I first question them about my money dive month ago. She told me she didn't know why I wasn't informed. I then told her I would contact my lawyr and report them to the Better Business Bureau and this is what I am doing now.in speaking with one of their Customer Service Reps, I was told that they never received my certified package, so I provided all contacted my postal service here in Stockton, ca and they told me contact the postal service in Champlain Ny. I did contact the postal service in Champlain NY and they gave me all information about who signed for my certified, when and what time. I then information Financial Benefits and gave two of your reps all the information the postal service gave me. I was also told I could call everyday and inquired about money.

Letter:
Per our conversation today 6/23/04 with one of your customer representatives (Sarah) explaining, the merchandise package i receivec is not what i ordered. I submitted all materials and information, as well as a cancelation notice within fifteen days from the date I received this package for a full refund of all my money minus shipping and transaction cost. My decision was based solely on the missed informed information that I received. The offer given to me was that, I would received a visa credit card with a limit os $2000.00. I have been patient, waiting for your company to send me a visa credit card. For three months, I have spoken to several ofl your repesentatives, who only gave me excuse after excuse of why I have not received a package for a debit mastercard. Even when I changed my address I called and informed your company. Fianlly today I received a package for a debit mastercard, for which I do not want or need, and this package still went to my old address (1731 Del Rio Drive Stockton, Ca 95209)

Haveing not received the right merchandise, I am requesting that you send me a full refund. S$269.00)
I shall be lookin forward to receiving my refund promptly. All package material sent to are being returned, as requested. Thank you for your immediately attention to the matter.

I hope that everything is being done to stop this company from repeating another fraudelent act agaist anyone else
