I received a call from Financial Benefits twice. The first time I missed it and the second time they called me I was induced to pay $2,99 for their promise about sending me the credit card. Anyway, they told me that was the activation fee and the whole package would be delivered sometime in September. However, it was until someday in November that they sent it to me. Later on Dec 11, I used the certified mail to send back the whole package to them and asked for the refund. Sadly, now is almost the Mid of May and there is no news from them. I always try to call them but the phone is always busy.
I hope my report will help me claim my refund.
Meanwhile, I do hope that this company will assume the responsibility for their customers. Without our complaints, they will keep taking money from our innocent customers.
