Ripoff A representative call me and offered a platitum credit card $1500.00 credit limit Received package and returned for refund accordance to policy

In Nov. A representative call me and offered a Platitum Credit Card w/$1500.00 credit limit. I accepted and paid $199.99 fee. I received a package on Dec 29,03. After reviewing the Benefits package, I notice a letter in reference to refund (s) if not satified. The letter states in terms and conditions policy, (Within 15 days from delivery of the benefits package. I may cancel within this 15 days period. The entire payment made for the membership $199.99 will be returned within 10 days after receipt of the package). I mailed the entire financial benefits package on Dec 31,03 by U.S. Postal Service, Certified.
