May a rep from this company contacted me offering a discounted medical/dental plan and a unsecured credit card. I had some questions that the rep was unable to answer so he put Mr. David Andrews on the phone who identified him self as one of the Supervisors for Commerical Health Network. After speaking with Mr. Andrews I accepted the offer and was told that once my payment was confirmed that I would receive a package from Fed Ex within 15-20 business days.
June $299.00 was debited from my checking account. The end of June I hadn't received anything from Commericial Health Network so I contacted customer service who informed me that the package was sent on the 28th of May. I informed them that I hadn't received it. The rep did offer to send out another package but I told him that I was no longer interested and wanted a full refund. I was told that this was not possible.
July I sent a certified letter addressed to management explaining the situation and requested a full refund.
I received confermation from the post office that the letter was received and signed for by a Mr. Jeff Beavers on the 17th of July.
It has been 10 months now and I still have not received any package or heard from any one at Commericial Health Network.
