Our loan was sold to Fairbanks by Equicredit several years ago. Yes, I got behind on payments due to circumstances I do not care to disclose at this time. I would call to set up arrangements and they would make the arrangements so hard to keep up with that we eventually lost our home. I would call and call the "so-called loan officer" assigned to us and kept getting his voice mail. I would call to try to talk to someone else and they said I could only talk to him. Well this was very embarassing to us and very very upsetting.
