Paypal is a complete ripoff and you should avoid using it at all costs. I was a good standing member for quite a while with them doing small sales on eBay here and there, thiking I was safe with their seller policies. How wrong could I have ever been...
Recently I have recieved two chargebacks from different people that recieved the item they purchased and either paid with fraudulent funds or initiated a chargeback on their credit card.
Paypal in no way protected me from this, and did not even do anything about it. They said they were working on it but my account balance went negative and they sent me non-stop e-mails telling me to bring it back to zero.
Again this happens and I recieve no help from Paypal, and every e-mail that I send they give me the runaround.
I will never again use this company, and I am not going to pay back the negative balance. I delivered the item, and its not my fault the buyer is a liar and may or may have not used fraudulent funds. This is something paypal should protect you from but does not...
