Over 48 hours ago paypal placed a freeze on my account. I recieved a "reversal" email from them. They advised me the buyer of my item had filed a claim with there bank they did not recieve there merchandise. The transaction took place over 30 days ago and the buyer left ebay feedback saying how they recieved the item fast and how happy they were with it. I followed all seller protection policy... Shipped to confirmed address given by paypal, shipped within 24 hours of recieving payment, I am a verified account holder, I also had online tracking, insurance, and SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION!!!
It has been verified with them that the item was indeed delivered to this person to the adress verified with the buyers bank! But yet they still will not unfreeze my account! So now the buyer walks with a 300.00 item and also there 300.00 refunded to them by paypal! This was not a credit card purchase from what paypal says!!! * do not let them tell you that you are safe from reversals if you ship to confirmed address and do not accept credit card payments! I have learned the hard way! Paypal has no protection! If anyone knows any class action law suits or anyway or anywhere to report this please
