They sent me a letter informing that they tried to collect before from me and now they want to settle for less. I never had anything with this bank and never heard of in my life. Now trying to find a fax no for this bank for a confirmation of debt and there is no fax no!!!
Letter received on April 25th for account no *2994 signed by Yessenya Diaz with direct line 801 5764397.
What really aggravated me is that "the balance shown above was reported to the credit reporting agencies as Charged-Off" so now they'll have to explain all this to FTC and my attorney
