Do not trust these people or give them any money. They will tell you that you are approved for a loan, want you to give them $400-500 for an appraisal telling you that it is the LAST thing needed before the loan is closed, take the money, then ask for a bunch more paperwork, and finally tell you your loan is denied. Do not deal with them unless you want to get ripped off.
