Mortgage broker called me about refinancing, I submitted my financials, he said I was approved and last step is to send $445 for appraisal fee, and if the appraisal comes out OK the loan is a done deal. I gave him the $445, the appraisal came out very good, then he started asking for more and more paperwork and documents from me and finally told me the loan was denied. I complained and asked for my $445 back, he said he would work on it, but never called me back so I filed a complaint with the BBB. His company responded to the BBB with a lot of b.S. And lies so the worthless BBB closed the complaint.
