Joe Haglund your loan officer told us that our mortgage refinance (new loan) application was approved and we had to pay for appraisal $900. After the appraisal he confirmed one more time that the load was approved, however today he told us that we need to bring more than $40K to the closing in order to get refinanced. Obviously we want the appraisal money back (Joe clearly misled us saying that the loan was approved to our conditions and not on the condition of bringing extra $40K). Joe was very anxious to get these $900K and even charged us without getting loan approval, so we had to request a refund and ask to wait for the loan approval which was as we discovered a fake one.
