I twice tried to refinance my mortgage with Common Fund Mortgage, was assured both times that my loan was no problem and both times was denied the loan. They got me for appraisal and application fees totaling $880.00 ($440 each time). Went else where was approved in 2 days with no money out of pocket, beware of this don`t give them any money until you get a commitment letter, better yet I would avoid them completely I`m not the only one this has happened to.
