I Pay my bills "ontime" online. Only Capital One Auto uses callin and select CarPay... Charging $8.95... Same as a MoneyGram (according to rep I spoke to as I was searching for alternative). NOBODY charges that much! I'll just mail a check!
Then I have to put up with daily calls seven days a week from rude high school dropouts they call customer service.
Also did not know about why my monthly amount due was less and less because I added a late fee that never goes away. After reading one of your reports NOW I KNOW it's because it was to be mailed separately to a different address!?! What kind of ripoff is this? Is it unfair business practices? Can we complain to the FTC?
I also found out I owe a balance that is approximately the original purchase price after 3 years of payments totaling $18,000 on a $16,000 car! That's more than it's worth as a tradein. How do they get away with loan sharking?
