If you thinking about doing business with Capital one auto refinance, you better think twice before you apply for an auto loan with them, this is a big company but they act like a company just doing it business on the first day and their customer services is unprofessional.
Here's what I just make an onlike compaint to Better Business Bureaus half an hour earlier.
"On Nov-13-2007 I did apply for an Auto refinance with Capital one to pay off my auto loan at (sorry I can give out the name of financial company that I have a loan with, but let name it a "123"), on Nov-14-2007 I received an email from Capital one that my loan had been approval, I did submit all document required to Capital one and received a letter from Capital one on Nov-29-2007 indicate that Capital one auto finance had send out the full paid off to "123" on Nov-27-2007.
A week after I received the letter I called "123" to find out if they received the full paid off from Capital one, since Dec-4-2007 to today (Jan-4-2007) I have called Capital one Auto Finance several time along with the email but my auto loan with "123" still not paid off by Capital one Auto Finance, all I got a responded from Capital one's customer services is transfer my call to another person but either I got hung up the call from Capital one customer services or they asked me to call and check back 3 days later, so I did wait for 3 days and called Capital one back but the same responded like the first called, I did sent Capital one 2 Email but did not get any respond from Capital one.
On Dec-31-2007 I recieved my first billing statement from Capital one, but my auto loan at "123" still not paid off.
