Two Years of Deception

In December 28, we entered in to an agreement with Larry Goldman of Flagship Mortgage to process our mortgage loan modification. This agreement cost us $4,000.00

We were informed that the Law Office of Brett Margolin, P.C. Will be negotiating with our mortgage holder on our behalf. Several years have passed and our loan modification has gone nowhere. We would contact them every few months, they tell us to submit documents, resubmit documents, and that our case is being reviewed. This same instance went on for years, until a month ago, when we received a letter from Brett Margolin advising us that effective September 20, he has resigned as an attorney and can no longer practice in the State of New York.
