Loan modification scam. They took the money, $2000 sent some docs to the lender then never followed up dragging out my loan modification process

Margolin law firm lied to me that my loan modification was in review for months. How I found out is that I personally called my lender end of July who told me that my loan was pending documents since April/ May. I was calling Margolin Law Firm regularly who each time assured me that my loan is already in review, where in reality my application wasn't even complete.
Margolin was impossible to reach via phone and / or email to comment on this. I do not recommend anyone doing loan modification with this company. They talk to you until you pay them, and then you will never hear from them. I am in the process of disputing my payments to this company since they have not provided me the service i paid them for.
