We spent over 3000 dollars to have a loan modification done on our house and it was guaranteed approval. It took over a year and we still lost our home. They are the biggest scam artists around. I tried reaching Rocia Cheeseman and she never answered the phone and never returned any calls. She was the paralegal that was handling the modification. If you don't care about investing money or losing your home then this is the company for you. I am told that my only recourse is to file a report with the Attorney General of New York.
