I retained the Law office of Brett Margolin PC in April to do a loan modification. I paid them $2500. Oo They did nothing for me and i was denied by my bank on more than one occasions. They refuse to give me my money back and now they changed their name to Alarcon Law Group.
I filed a small claims suite against the Law Office of Brett Margolin PC AKA Alarcon Law Group. The phone numbers are still the same. Their addresses are still the same and their staff remains the same. They are the same group of people doing the same scams to hard working people in need of help to save their homes.
Alarcon Law Group turned around and file a counter suite against me for $5000.00 stating that i am costing them time and money by filing my suite for $2500.00 to get back my hard earned money. I havent gone to court as yet.
Trust me people, they are the same people from the company was Global modification services to The Law Office of Brett Margolin and now Alarcon Law Group.
They also stole $3000.00 from a friend of mine whom i recommended to them the same time i signed up with them. He is also suing them as well.
