Back in Jan. I received a call from Prime One Benefits for a credit card. For a fee of $187, I would receive the benefits packet & credit card. I had to prove that they were paid the fee three times. The last time I had to involve a manager by the name of Steven. Up until he got involved, they kept saying they weren't paid. After he got involved, I received the benefit packet, but no credit card. The phone number to contact them is no longer in use.
As of today Aug. 31, I received a letter stating they are going out of business, but all my benefits are still active until the benefits run out. As a disabled veteran, this promise has brought undo financial problems to me.
