Around the end of September I was contacted on my cell phone by Centurion Financial. They made me an offer for a Master Card with a Credit Limit of $2,000.00 if I only made a one time fee application of $249.00.
They went into my checking account and told me that I would be receiving my credit card within 25 days. I awaited and the only thing I received was a package with papers about how to improve your credit scores and the benefits that Centurion Financial offers their customers.
I have called Centurion Financial 5 times already and all I get is rude customer service representatives and as soon as you asked for a manager or the name of the bank the credit card is attached to and I didn't get a response.instead I got the physical address where I could write my complaints with.
I finally decided to get online and see if this company (Centurion Financial) even exist and the first thing I come across on the internet it's this consumer complaints along with other customers like myself angry.
It's been almost 3 months and NO Credit Card. Please we aware of this company and I will be doing a report with betterbusinessbureau.
