First when I went to apply for loan, I was told payment would be at least $200 less than what I was paying. I had to pay for appraisal and was told by Dave Mahe to take my property tax money and use it for appraisal because the loan will definately go through. I did this.
At the time of signing, I was told my payment is almost $200 more than what I was paying. Since I had no property taxes and they were do, I had no choice but to sign the loan.
Since then they added escrow for no insurance of which I have had State Farm Insurance since I bought the home back in 1990. They added late charges, they would not accept my regular payment over internet, over phone, etc. I finally had to send to the President of the Company. I still have the late charges to pay though.
