Almost two years I got Credit card from home Depot (creditor Citibank). Last year I last job, so I had hard time to pay them, but always I paid something. Last couple months I paid everything what I had to and $70.- more but today I get letter from them They going reduce my credit line to amount of my balance. What happen, my credit score jump down about 30 points.
I called to customer services and they told me they know, this thing make me damage on my credit score. So they doing this with purpose. Beware of them, don't take any credit cards from them. I got second card from Capital one and they always understand our problems and they give us time to figure out.
