I too am totally dissatisfied with this company's management (or lack thereof) of my tax problem. I contracted with this company approximately six months ago to assist with a state tax problem. Recently I was garnished for soem of the money owed. When I contacted the company to notify them of what happened and to see what they would do about it they indicated that they had only recently contacted the state on my behalf—again nearly four months after I contracted with them. They further stated that they now had the necessary paperwork to act on my behalf. I spent the better part of the last six months getting documents. Together, etc. For them, only to be told that they didn't receive certain documents, etc. The biggest problem that I have with this company is as follows: When I expressed dissatisfaction with how my case was being handled and asked for a refund I got a call from a manager, who know nothing about the case and in fact referred to the wrong tax issue. I again stated that I no longer wanted to work with them and requested a refund. This manager then quoted language from the contact that the monies were non refundable. My position is that they breached this contract by failing to act on my behalf in a timely manner, thus resulting in garnishment. They also had the wrong tax entities listed under "scope of services", again displaying their ineptnss in handling my case. They are a ripoff and don't knnow what they are doing.
