"money gone for ever"

I got phone calls every day until I paid them. My modifcation took months and when I would call they would say loan is still in review. My mortage company sent me a letter saying I was denied and when I called to get my money back NO would call me BACK. They still haven't call me back and the emails of the people that sent me things are NO longer in service. So If you are thinking about useing this company DON'T!!!
