Unavoidable Late Payment Cost

Following a holiday of 5 months, we delivered to locate our Primary TV support disconnected for non payment of our statement which may be February & Mar. I settled our January expenses on 1-3-11, and we left on 1-26-11, making a postal order to possess our 1st-class email submitted to Leakey, TX. Your email was submitted, but a statement from Immediate T.V. Wasn't obtained 'til the start of March. It outlined both February & Mar quantities, and so I published a look for the total amount, and we shipped it on the road house (3 Mar 11).

Today, after I named to inquire about our T.V., Chardonnay, the Immediate T.V. Owner, questioned why I'dnot called after I did not get a February cost. I informed her used to do not need the info. Additionally, there is no Verizon support within the distant region where we were remaining, & our mobile phone is just Verizon. I questioned about an exclusion since we never skip a cost, & due to the strange conditions. Chardonnay said there aren't any exceptions.

This doesn't be seemingly great customer relationships. We're able to have experienced our support stop during January, but we didn't bother, therefore it appears to me that Immediate T.V. Gained by our spending money on support even if we weren't house, and therefore might make this little concession of rebuilding our support on great belief the check was within the email.
