I have a bill on the amount of $228.94 due on the 27 of this month (August). August 24 I made a payment of $215.94, and it was clear by the my bank on the 25th of August. Yesterday, August 28, they disconnect my service due to, I was not paying my bill, the person who I spoke yesterday, told me my payment was pending for 10 to 11 days, and she told me why I lesser my payment $228.94 to $215.94? I said when I made a payment the bill statement is 215.94, that's why I called Direct TV, and I asked to person who I spoke to, his name is Jason, why it's only $215.94, he said, it's okay mam, you next bill is on Sept 2, for $124.97, so I asked again, why $124.97 which is my monthly bill is only $111.00, he said, you still have a balance of $13.00 is added to your next bill due on Sept 2. And I said okay and thank you. So to go back my service, they want me to pay $60.97 and I said I have no due I paid my bill and I don't see any reason, why they disconnect my service, and one more thing, they told me, my payment on July was return twice, and I told them if my payment was return I bet my service was already disconnected but how come I still have service during that time, and I I asked my bank they never received any payment from them, I feel bad, upset and stress for why they did to me.
