Ripoff no support

This company says you get free updates for a year and that the program never expires once you pay for it. They also say that if there is a hardware change all you have to do is email the sales department, give them your order number and the new hardware id and they will send you a new one. I have done this numerous time and they have not responded. I bought a product that they claim they will support, and there has been no support
