Offerring services they do not intend to honor, then charging disconnection fee

On may 5 verizon offerred me a bundle of web, television and phone for that quantity of $99.00 duty approximately $126.00. I approved the bundle in good faith.

After i moved into my house I noticed immediate tv resulted in. I told them-it was an error used to do not purchase direct television, the explained these were under verizon which is just a area of the bundle. I called verizon they decided. They explained it had been the main one statement for that decided quantity.

The initial month I acquired 3 different statement. I called verizon they attributed direct television for not delivering the statement. Direct tv attributed them. I told them to show the support down prior to the month was up when they can't resolve the problem they stated they'll repair it from the next statement. This proceed for 4 weeks with big expenses before support was switched off.

I settled Immediate television the ultimate statement however they went forward amd billed me $320.00 disconnection charge. I named the collection company who explained to pay for $246.13 which will require care of the statement, they stated it had been funds. The cash was removed from my bill. My name is delivered to collection company again simply because they currently state they've transformed their thoughts and that I should spend another $81.00.
