Signed up for "free credit reports and scores" on a 7 day free trial period. Web page specifically indicated that no charges would be made for 7 days and would only cost 14.95 per month with access to all 3 credit scores. I signed up on 12/23/10. Today, 12/26/10 I happened to check my bank account and surprise surprise. I had been charged 24.95 by this company. I called them and they said that the 24.95 was for the 3 credit scores. I told them that this was not stated anywhere on thier website. Their response was that this charge was non-refundable. Warning to all - if you want your credit report and scores - get it on annualcreditreport.com At least that is a free government agency and the reports are truly free. They do charge for your credit score but at least it is explicity explained.
