When I went to find out information regarding my credit score, I found the site freecreditreport.com, and I went on happily, glad to get my credit score for free - no charge was required, and there was not ONE single mention or question regarding charges, or having to pay them.
No, no instead they offer you your credit scores and upon receiving your information they start to charge your credit card or bank card 12.95 a month!
I am trying to build my credit up after a bankruptcy three years ago and now look - these scammers who get tons of people's money everyday is screwing it up.
