I signed up for what was supposed to be a " FREE" 7 day trial for my free credit report and score. I agreed to a 7 day FREE trial and would be charged $14.99 if I did not cancel within the 7 days. I logged in and viewed my credit report and one of my scores. The SAME day I looked at my bank account and my debit card was charged $26.51. When I called 1 day later to cancel my membership and to request a full refund of the $26.51 I was charged. I was told that I was able to and did view all of my scores which was not true. I was not able to view them and DID NOT ORDER them. I was offered a $10.00 refund but they refused to fully refund my for something I did not and would never have ordered. Also after speaking to them they asked me to sign on to my membership and suddenly the scores that I did not order and could not view before were now showing. I also noticed how many other places on the site after you are signed in that it offers to let you purchase the 3 scores. Why would you purchase something again if that is part of the membership. This is very deceitful and is a form of theft!!!
