I've been with Bank of America since 2008 and I've never missed a payment. I asked for a 1 month deferment to pay reminding balance on my son's college tution. Ryan told me Ishould have known about this and it wasn't a valid reason. I asked for an example he told me like the people in Tenn. Being flooded and couldn't go to work. I was asked how long has my son been in clooege - this is his first semester and I couldn't have predicted I would be responsible for the balance due. I do understand but I really needed their help - he preceded to transfer me to his supervisor, Will who had already made his decision based on Ryan's account of what was said. I told him how we lost income and and he stated you can't change your reason with every person you speak with and the same lecture about college tuition not be unexpected. I guess they can say that since they've already been. I felt like he was calling me a liar and I ended the call because I knew the outcome would not be as needed. They really need to take into account the defintion of "HARDSHIP". I will not let this STOP my son from going to college and reaching his GOAL.
